A little bit about the faces behind the business!
My name is Ric! I am a chef of over 20 years and have worked with some incredible chefs including Michael Caines, Gennaro Contaldo & Jamie Oliver over the course of my career
After the birth of my two children, I decided I wanted more of a work/life balance and being able to bring the kids along to markets is the best part of Pigin Bun!
Together with my wife Katie, we are a family run company that produces the finest fermented sauces you can find! Our passion is for spicy food with BIG flavour- we began creating our hot sauces as we wanted something different from the vinegary based sauces that you find in the supermarket- so why don’t you give us a try?
